1. Free Standard Shipping
Free standard ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum order required. No hidden fees.
2. Production Time
Most orders are produced within 24–48 business hours after design approval.
3. Shipping Timeframes
- Standard: 2-5 business days after production, with free ground shipping within the continental United States.
- Expedited shipping: available on request when you supply a print-ready file. Tell us your date at checkout and we'll email you the cost. Expedited shipping is confirmed only after you approve and pay for it; until then your order ships standard.

4. Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Allow 24 hours for tracking to become active after shipment.
5. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Printabotic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Contact us within 3 business days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, or within 7 days of expected delivery if your order hasn't arrived. We'll work with the carrier and reprint/reship at no cost if confirmed lost or damaged.
