This Privacy Policy describes how Kiss My Pixels LLC, operating as Printabotic ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
Directly from you: Contact information (name, email, phone, address), account credentials, order details, design content (uploaded images, text, logos), communications with us, and design brief submissions.
Automatically: Usage data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders; provide design tools and services; communicate with you about your orders and account; improve our Site and Services; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and send promotional communications (with your consent).
3. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the Service, and only as needed: payment processing (Stripe); AI image processing such as background removal/generation (Clipdrop); bot/abuse prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile); customer support chat (Crisp); analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity); cloud hosting; and shipping/printing partners (for physical orders). We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Design Content and AI Processing
Uploaded images and AI prompts are processed by our systems and by Clipdrop (our third-party AI provider) solely to provide design features such as background removal and generation. You grant us a limited license to host and transmit your uploaded content to these providers for this purpose; you retain ownership of your content. We do not use your specific designs for marketing or share them with third parties without your consent, and AI-processed content is not used to train AI models.
Abuse prevention for AI features: when you use AI tools without signing in, we use Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection) and a device/browser fingerprint to enforce fair-use limits. This is based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse; the fingerprint is used only for rate-limiting and is not sold or used for advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies (required for Site functionality), functional cookies (remember preferences), analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), plus our support chat (Crisp). Analytics and advertising cookies are only loaded after you accept in our cookie consent banner. The Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag are third-party pixels: they collect information about your visit so that Meta and LinkedIn can measure our ads and show you relevant ads on their platforms. You can decline them in the cookie consent banner, block them in your browser settings, or opt out in your Meta ad settings and LinkedIn ad settings. Our customer-support chat (Crisp) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-abuse for AI features) are strictly necessary for those functions and may run without analytics consent.
6. Session Recording
We use Microsoft Clarity, a session recording and analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with our Site. When you accept analytics cookies, Clarity may record:
- Mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior
- Pages visited and navigation patterns
- Page interactions (form field focus, button clicks)
- Device and browser information
Clarity does NOT record: passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive form field values. Sensitive fields are automatically masked.
Session recordings help us identify usability issues and improve our Site. Data collected by Clarity is processed by Microsoft in accordance with their Privacy Statement. You can opt out of session recording by declining cookies via our cookie consent banner.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. As a general guide: account and order/transaction records up to 7 years (tax and legal compliance); uploaded design files until you delete them or up to 24 months after your last activity; editor drafts (product, text you typed and a small preview image of an unfinished design) up to 30 days; AI-usage and rate-limit records ~90 days; analytics data up to 14 months; server logs ~30 days; email-verification and password-reset tokens 24 hours or less. When you delete your account we purge associated data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access your personal information; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; port your data; and opt out of certain processing. You can delete your account and associated data yourself at any time via Account → Settings → Delete My Account, or contact us at [email protected] (subject "Data Deletion"). We respond within 30 days.
10. International Users (EEA, UK & Switzerland)
Printabotic is operated from the United States. Our online editor and digital products are available worldwide; if you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information is processed in the U.S. and transferred to our processors under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR): we process your data to (a) perform our contract with you (account, orders, design service); (b) pursue legitimate interests (fraud and abuse prevention, securing and improving the Service); and (c) where required, on your consent (non-essential cookies and marketing email), which you may withdraw at any time.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
11. Email Marketing
We send marketing emails (such as launch announcements or discount codes) only to people who opt in, for example via our waitlist. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing [email protected]; we honor opt-outs within 10 business days. Marketing emails include our business mailing address as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: Kiss My Pixels LLC, 30 N Gould St # 24346, Sheridan, WY 82801.
